Prices


All the information contained in this section constitutes our terms and conditions, please read carefully and contact us if you require further information or clarification.

The following prices are applicable for holidays taken in 2011 and 2012. Bookings for 2013 may have a slight increase, depending largely on the exchange rate, but they are unlikely to increase more than 10%.



Self-catering holiday rental prices


November to March - £700 per week
April and October - £800 per week
May and September - £900 per week
June to August - £1,200 per week

Rentals are normally Tuesday 4pm to Tuesday 10am. If a week overlaps into two different price bands, then the price will be determined by proportionally splitting the tariffs.

These prices include:

  • Exclusive use of Butterfly House and its facilities for the duration of your stay
  • Use of outdoor swimming pool
  • Use of all bedding
  • Use of electricity, water and appliances
  • Use of (indoor) towels, loungers, sunshades, barbeque and beach mattresses

The prices do not include:

  • Flights
  • Holiday insurance
  • Airport transfers or any travel costs
  • Food
  • Cleaning during your stay

Optional extras that can be arranged at the time of booking:

  • Transfer from and to Pula Airport
  • Cleaning of the house during your stay
  • Use of a car
  • Native guide to accompany you on cultural visits

Circle Dancing, Massage, Biodanza and Tai Chi holidays


(Cost per person in 2011: £410 for one week, £790 for two weeks)

Cost per person in 2012: £430 for one week, £820 for two weeks

This price includes:

  • Transport from and to Pula airport
  • Half board accommodation (two meals), mainly twin beds, in Butterfly House
  • Use of outdoor swmimming pool, loungers, sunshades etc
  • Circle Dancing, Massage, Biodanza and Tai Chi tuition (as applicable)
  • Transport (Car hire), petrol costs, toll charges within Istria
  • Trips with your native host to local places of interest - minimum 4 excursions
  • Compulsory registration of your stay with local authorities
  • Use of towels, all bed linen, beach mattresses, washing machine and iron

The price does not include:

  • Flights and transport to airport of departure
  • Holiday insurance
  • The third meal of the day during your stay
  • Entrance fees to museums, art galleries, and places of interest

Booking


If you are interested in any of our holidays at Butterfly House in Istria or if you require any further information, the first step is to contact us either by phone or by email. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.

The next step is to secure your holiday by paying £50 deposit if you are booking an organised holiday (Circle Dancing, Connections, Art, Massage, Biodanza and Tai Chi), or 20% of your Self-catering holiday rental price. You will be given clear instruction about the options available to make the payment, as soon as you confirm your booking.

The full balance of the amount due must be paid 60 days before the start of your holiday. It is strongly recommended to take out a holiday insurance before you make your full payment, as we may not be able to refund any payments should you need to cancel your holiday within 60 days of the start date.
