Biodanza holidays
Biodanza, "the dance of life", is a beautiful system of personal development that uses music, movement and social interactions to take us deep into our instinctive nature. It aims to banish the stresses and strains of daily life, to boost self-esteem and to create new ways of communicating with others. Biodanza taps into all aspects of our humanity and allows us the freedom to express these elements through our movement and our connections with ourselves and others. There are no steps to learn; just a chance to still the mind and open the heart...
Music from around the world is used to induce new experiences of joy, vitality and connection in a 'vivencia'. The music is specially selected to help us to connect with our inner selves. We are allowed to express our natural rhythm and to begin to work from our hearts. You will be guided and given the freedom to become the music, and to create your own dance and movement. Working by yourself, with a companion or with the group enables you to find your identity in a safe environment.
The sessions are very inspiring, as the combination of music, intention and supportive group allows a beautiful, healing journey into the senses. It's an opportunity to dance so freely that you could reach a level of overwhelming ecstatic joy!
The following programme is planned for 2012:
